Those days are gone. And thanks in no small part to natural foods companies like Kashi, one of the more consistent winners in my book. And I love their frozen Lemongrass Coconut Chicken. Not that bad on the sodium (the bane of most frozen food offerings), high in fiber, low in calories, and a decent assortment of healthy ingredients. And above all, it tastes really good.</p>
