For the longest time, my problem with most natural foods products was that most of them tasted like natural crap. Those days are gone. And thanks in no small part to natural foods companies like Kashi, one of the more consistent winners in my book. And I love their frozen Lemongrass Coconut Chicken. Not that bad on the sodium (the bane of most frozen food offerings), high in fiber, low in calories, and a decent assortment of healthy ingredients. And above all, it tastes really good.
